Anja is a passionate conservation researcher and data analyst with over nine years experience in biodiversity monitoring and ecological data management. She specializes in acoustic and image-based wildlife monitoring, biodiversity metrics, and data-driven conservation strategies. Her background spans psychology, ethology, conservation science and population ecology, giving her an interdisciplinary perspective grounded in ecological expertise. Anja is trilingual (German, English, Spanish) and a member of the IUCN SSC Species Monitoring Specialist Group, contributing to global efforts to improve the availability and use of ecological data.
Coral Eloisa Rangel Rivera, Msc
Coral Eloisa is a mammalogist and spatial analyst specializing in biodiversity conservation, with hands-on expertise across the full data pipeline: from field data collection and drone-based monitoring to database structuring, spatial analysis, and species distribution modelling. She works fluently with GIS platforms, remote sensing data, and modelling tools, applying this toolkit across scales, from local wildlife monitoring to landscape-level and broad-scale analyses. With a background in geography and ecology, she combines strong spatial and quantitative thinking with a rigorous, detail-oriented approach to managing and analyzing ecological data.

Steven is a physicist and data scientist with a focus on artificial intelligence and digital transformation. He has extensive experience developing data-driven solutions and supporting organizations in modernizing administrative processes. Known for his structured, analytical approach and clear communication, he excels at identifying what clients truly need and translating those insights into concrete, effective technical solutions.
