Anja is a passionate conservation researcher and data analyst with over eight years experience in biodiversity monitoring and ecological data management. She specializes in acoustic and image-based wildlife monitoring, biodiversity metrics, and data-driven conservation strategies. Her background spans psychology, ethology, conservation science and population ecology, giving her an interdisciplinary perspective grounded in ecological expertise. Anja is trilingual (German, English, Spanish) and a member of the IUCN SSC Species Monitoring Specialist Group, contributing to global efforts to improve the availability and use of ecological data.

Steven is a physicist and data scientist with a focus on artificial intelligence and digital transformation. He has extensive experience developing data-driven solutions and supporting organizations in modernizing administrative processes. Known for his structured, analytical approach and clear communication, he excels at identifying what clients truly need and translating those insights into concrete, effective technical solutions.
